My Hydrangeas have done very well this year. Should I cut them back now. They are quite tall?

I'd prune them back in the spring. If you are concerned the branches will whip around in the wind and do some damage, you can shorten them a bit, but major pruning should be done in the spring. Best wishes with your hydrangeas!
