Although unattractive, spider mite damage rarely causes plant death so you may just want to hose the pests off your boxwoods. To discourage them next year periodically hose off your boxwoods. Natural predators can help control spidermites or you can use dormant sprays of horticultural oil or insecticidal soaps to kill the overwintering eggs (on the lower leaf surfaces).
