|Epazote, known as Mexican Tea (Chenopodium ambrosioides), is considered an annual plant except in mild winter areas. The 5 inch long leaves are strongly scented and are used as a seasoning in Mexican dishes. Most species of Chenopodium are considered weeds, because they grow and reproduce without any special care. Plant in full sunshine, and water during the growing season. The plant is tolerant of most soils and doesn't require feeding.
