I have a box of iris bulbs that I had before we moved here a year and a half ago. I forgot them and they are all dried up. Is there a chance that they would be usable?

I doubt the irises are worth planting. Once they dehydrate, there's really no way to ressurect them. Iris rhizomes are relatively inexpensive. Why not toss yours and get healthy new irises that you know will perform well?
