Viburnum is generally not attractive to deer. But, hungry deer will eat almost anything, including plants normally listed as deer resistant so your mileage may vary depending upon the deer population and the competition for food. I have lots of deer in my area and they don't bother my viburnums so I hope they'll leave yours alone, too!
