Overwatering and lack of sufficient light are the two main causes of leaf drop in houseplants. Cold or warm drafts from air conditioners, open doors, or heater vents can also cause leaf drop. When you water, water thoroughly, then allow the top half inch of soil to dry out before watering again. Hope this information helps you determine just what the problem might be. Best wishes with your houseplants.
