Will Grub worms kill my tree. Its a small tree that i had jusst planted about a week ago

Grubs are the immature larvae of beetles, in your case probably June beetles. They do lots of damage to lawns, but not much damage to landscape plants. I wouldn't bother trying to treat the area unless your tree is growing in a lawn area. With no lawn, you shouldn't have any trouble with them. If it's in the lawn, you may want to tree the lawn with Grubex or Bayer Advanced Grub Control.
