I would like to know if is ok to fertiliz my fruit tree now in the fall I have grapfruit and oranges/ also i just started work on roses and would like to have big and bauitful roses

Although the calendar says it is fall, in Florida the weather is springlike. You can feed citrus trees 4 times a year (now is fine) and the rule about landscape shrubs such as roses is to feed them when they are actively growing. That means it is okay to feed your roses now.
