If you are growing the perennial vinca that is used as a groundcover, the little seedlings will overwinter just fine all on their own. If you are growing the annual vinca, you can try taking the little seedlings indoors. They won't survive your winter weather outdoors. More seeds have probably spilled onto the ground, though, and they will wait until warm weather next spring to sprout. Best wishes with your vinca.
