| Grass doesn't grow well in the shade so if you want lawn in the area you'll need to overseed each spring. Fescues are the most shade tolerant of all grasses so perhaps using a fescue seed each spring will help. Wish I had other solutions but if you want grass in the area, you'll need to overseed each spring. |
