Forcing bulbs is simply a process where you plant them in containers and keep them outdoors where it's cold, then bring them indoors where the "weather" is warm which tricks the bulbs into thinking it is spring. Most bulbs to be forced are planted and then chilled for about three months until they have rooted and begun to grow. Then they are brought into a cool bright area to force the flowers to open, this last stage usually taking about another month. You can fertilize your bulbs with a bloom booster. Enjoy!
