I have two female dogs that urinate in the same spot. It has literally killed my Floratam grass off my patio. I am replanting sod in that area, what can I do to eliminate this problem?

Dog urine contains concentrated salts which can burn the grass and render the soil sterile so dig the soil and replace it with soil from somewhere else in your yard before resodding. Then, after the new sod is installed try to rinse the lawn off after your dogs urine, to dilute the salts. Aside from training your dogs to go in a specific place, I'm afraid you'll have to deal with the brown or dead spots in your lawn. Wish there were an easier solution!
