I am looking for a lawn type with a thick blade that is not St.Augstine - Knowledgebase Question

I am not sure of what kind of seed to buy for my summer grass, I like a thicker blade but St.Augustine dose not do well in my area

Tall fescue is a moderately coarse-textured turfgrass, and it is tolerant of a wide range of soil types and climatic extremes; Kentucky bluegrass produces a dense turf with dark green, medium-textured leaves. Hope one of these will work for you.
