Some plants tolerant of dry shade include Ageratum, Alyssum, Begonia, Coleus,
Impatiens, Nicotiana (flowering tobacco), Pansy, Salvia, Snapdragon and Wishbone Flower (torenia). You may have to experiment a little to find the ones that work best for you, depending upon the degree of shade the site provides. Best wishes with your new flowers.
