Red worms, also called manure worms, are available in bait shops (!) or from other gardeners who like to compost, or even from ranches or farms with horses. You can contact your local cooperative extension office and talk to a Master Gardener or Master Composter and they can put you in touch with some local sources. Contact Texas Cooperative Extension, 1102 East FM 1294, Lubbock, Texas 79403-6603. Best wishes with your red wigglers!
