|My lawn has a lot of tree roots and some of them are sprouting new trees. How do I kill these sprouts and not the tree?

|Some trees send up more suckers than others. I guess you have one that likes to send up suckers. The best defense is to prune them off as they appear. There is a product called Sucker Stopper on the market. I've never used it so I can vouch for it but I've heard that it does stop suckers from growing, without harming the tree roots. It might be worth a try.
