Hi, how do you plant garlic cloves? Thanks

Gently break the whole garlic bulbs apart and separate into individual cloves, leaving the papery skin intact. Plant cloves pointy-side up about 1 to 2 inches deep and 6 inches apart. Plant now, in the fall, for a spring harvest.
