Sounds like a fun project! I don't know how compacted the soil might be beneath the trampoline. Most likely it is fine, but you'll want to make sure water drains well rather than just sits on top. The general approach is to lay an inch or two of sand and compact it, the seed the top with bentgrass. However, you may be able to skip this step if the site drains well. After the grass is up and growing you can dig the holes and line them with hard plastic (or the one-piece units sold at most golf accessory stores).
