when can i transplant an established jasmine? I would like it to climb our back fence, right now its around a hook from the previous owner thanks

Now that the weather isn't blazing hot, you can dig and transplant your jasmine. In fact, anytime between now and February will be just fine for your plant. To ease the digging process, soak the ground the afternoon before the move. By the next morning the soil will be damp and easy to dig. Best wishes with the move!
