Your Rambo rhododendron is botanically Rhododendron 'Ramapo'. It is a dwarf variety, usually growing 1-3' tall and 2-4' wide, with a compact, mounded shape. It does best in sun to partial shade and prefers moist, well-drained, acidic soil enriched with organic matter. The flowers are bright pinkish violet-blue and they appear in the spring.
