I would like to know if any other part of the plant is edible?When could they be planted for the area Tampa?

You can plant Jack Be Little pumpkins in late February or in August. The squash blossoms are edible but the leaves and stems are not. Of course if you eat the blossoms, you won't get many pumpkins!
