I have a star of jasmine that i planted back in may it was doing fine tell about two weeks ago. The leaves were starting to wilt. I was watering everyday now i only water once a week. I added some iron but the plant still looks sad. also it is still on the stack attached to the trellis is that a problem?

Sounds like it is having trouble adjusting to the change in watering. I'd water it by hand every other day for about 2 weeks, then every 3 days for about 2 weeks and then once a week. By December it should have slowed its growth enough that it will be happy with water once a week, just like the rest of your plants.
