when to plant fall?

You can plant roses anytime. Most gardeners plant them bareroot in the late winter (Feb.) or in the early spring. Plants that are in containers can be planted in spring or in the fall. I always suggest that summer planting be avoided. I think it is the worst time to plant roses because of the excessive heat. So, you can plant your roses now. Best wishes with your roses.
