Hello,

I have recently purchased a mid-size Magnolia tree from HD. At first, slugs were eating up the flowers + leaves. After using fertilizer the plant is now blooming leaves like crazy but no flowers. How can I remedy this?

Thanks,
Natalie

I think you're a little too impatient! In general, magnolia flowers open throughout a 5-month period over the summer months. Yours has finished blooming for this year but will bloom again next year.
