Carol Mackie Daphne is hardy to zone 4, (-31.6 ?C). Your zip code places you in gardening zone 5 so your little daphne's should be just fine. I'd place some mulch beneath them (pine needles, shredded leaves, etc.) to help protect the roots of the plants. The tops should be fine. With any luck they'll flower for you in late winter/early spring. If not this year, certainly by next year when they mature a little more. Enjoy!
