What do I do with my Topsy Turvy Planters for the winter. Do I leave them outside, or bring them in? Will my tomatoes and green peppers grow again? Thanks.

Your tomato and pepper plants should be treated as annuals. When frost kills them, remove them from the planters and toss them in the compost (or garbage). Empty the planters of potting soil, and store them in a place that remains above freezing. I just set mine in a cardboard box and store them in a closet. Best wishes with your garden!
