Hello: It is Nov 1st and I live in Milford, CT. I would like to plant some Perennials. Is it too late? Thank you.

It's getting a little too late in the year to plant many perennials. Exceptions would be those that appreciate cool temperatures. Chrysanthemums can be planted, as can lots of Connecticut native perennials such as asters, liatris, columbine, campanula, phlox and viola. Spring is a better planting time in your gardening region.
