what is ideal time to move camelias in south Louisiana

You can dig and transplant your camellia in the fall or winter months, when the temperatures are cool. If yours flowers in the winter, fall is best. Try to plant it at the same soil level as it was growing before, and be sure to water it well after the move to help settle the soil. Best wishes with your camellia!
