I live in zone 8. I have a few hostas and lantanas left to plant. Do I have enough time to plant them now or should I wait until March or April?

Thanks for your help. I am a new gardener and your site has been a blessing to me and my plants!

I'm so glad you find our website helpful! I'd plant the hostas and lantanas now. They will do better in the ground than sitting around waiting for spring. In fact, if you plant them now their roots will become established and they'll be ready to grow and flower for you early next spring. Enjoy your garden!
