I planted some tulips and daffodils in both ceramic and plastic pots. I'm wondering if I need to bring them into the shed (very little light) over the winter? Do I water them at all? I am in coastal CT. Thanks!

Both tulips and daffodils are reasonably winter hardy. Since yours are in containers you might consider mounding up compost or similar organic matter to cover the pots as protection. Or, you could move them into an unheated shed. They won't need light to develop roots and they won't need a lot of water, but the soil should not be allowed to become completely dry. Check them every few weeks to make sure they're okay. You might try both methods to see which works best in your particular situation.
