orange catapillars on my Oleanders --- what do I spray, etc. Small black bugs in my Hibiscus - what do i do.

The oleander caterpillars, Syntomeida epilais, are common in Florida and they can be quite destructive. You can control them with Bt (sold as Dipel or Thuricide). Without more information on the black bugs on your hibiscus I don't know that they are destructive or if they are feeding on other bugs on your plant. Why not capture a few and take them into your cooperative extension office or well staffed nursery for positive identification? Once you know what they are you can choose the best control (if necessary). Or, you can simply hose them off your plant with a strong stream of water.
