Fruit and vegetable seeds are fine to include when you're composting. If your compost pile heats up sufficiently the seeds will not be viable. If your compost pile does not heat up properly, the seeds may sprout next spring. As long as you turn your compost to keep it cooking, seeds should not cause a problem. Best wishes with your compost!
