I have a Knockout rose still in its container. Can I plant it now in late November? We live in the Dallas/Fortworth area and the temp is high 60's and low 40's right now.

Your Knockout rose will be happier in the ground than in a container all winter long. Plant it now and it will establish its root system and be ready to perform nicely for you beginning next spring. Best wishes with your landscape!
