Hello,
I wanted to know if November-December 4th is too late to start planting potatoes, carrots, squash and other vegetables outside in the soil in Northern VA?

I'm afraid it's too late in the season to have success with potatoes, carrots and squash, but you can plant some cool-season veggies. Peas, radishes, spinach and bunching onions can be planted now.
