|I went away for a week and my son was to water my fern but it dried up. Is there anything I can do to revive it?

|Although your Boston fern suffered through a week long drought, the roots may have survived. I would continue to water it on a regular basis. New fronds might appear from the center of the plant. I think it's worth a try. Some ferns just go dormant and look pathetic when the soil is dry but they bounce right back once the roots get the water they need. If you see new growth you can safely remove the old dead fronds. Hope your plant perks up soon!
