Can you explain the difference between 10-10-10 and half strength 20-20-20 water soluble fertilizer?

Common sense dictates that if you dilute a 20-20-20 to half strength, you'll get the same amount of nutrients as you would if you used a 10-10-10 full strength. It's just that dollar for dollar, you'll get a higher concentration of nutrients with a 20-20-20 than you will with a 10-10-10. This is why I usually recommend using a 20-20-20 and diluting it to half strength when feeding containerized plants. You supply all the nutrients without the worry of overfeeding or burning the roots of the plants, and you provide these nutrients in the most economical way. Hope this answers your question.
