Vinca Cora? White is Catharanthus roseus Cora White, which is an annual plant. Even in Florida where the weather is warm, Catharanthus grows for only one season. What you are seeing is normal and natural behavior for your plants in December. You can start new seeds in February or replace the plants with starters when they are available next spring.
