MAJESTY PALM SEVERAL BRANCHS ARE TURNING YELLOW-IS THERE TOO MUCH WATER O NOT ENOUGH?

It's normal for the oldest, lowest foliage to turn yellow so what you are seeing may be normal. However, if the newer growth is yellowing, the usual cause is over-watering. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings and I think you'll see an improvement. Best wishes with your majesty palm.
