We have cut back all our perennials. Should we cut back foxglove and lavender plants in the Fall?

Leave the foxglove and lavender alone for now. When the foxglove dies down to ground level you can prune away the dead parts. The lavender shouldn't be pruned until early next spring when new growth begins. Best wishes with your perennial garden!
