The yellowing leaves can indicate too much or too little water. Water your plant thoroughly then allow the top of the soil to dry out slightly before watering again. Good drainage is important so make sure the container has drainage holes so excess water can freely drain. Watch the plant and when the top of the soil feels dry to the touch, water it throughly again. Hope this helps!
