I planted 2 Sweet potatoe vines in a planter this summer. Once the frost got them I pulled them up. I was cleaning the pot out yesterday and I have Sweet potatoes! But are they edible?? Thanks

The tubers from ornamental sweet potato vines are edible but most gardeners save them and replant them the following spring. The larger the tuber, the faster and larger the vines will grow. But, if you want to cook and eat them, you certainly can.
