|A porton of my orchid plant broke off-can I place in water? Also, one of the leaves is drooping-? why?

|Some orchids can indeed be propagated from top cuttings, so yours might take if you pot it in orchid mix. Setting it in a glass of water might also work. A drooping leaf might be damaged where the petiole meets the stem or crown of the plant, or it might indicate your plant is being overwatered. Orchids require a very quick draining potting soil so make sure yours is in orchid mix or bark chips.
