All the leaves fell off my lemon tree after the last freeze. Is there any way to save it?

As long as the roots are still okay, your citrus tree will replace the lost leaves. You may eventually have to prune back some of the stems or branches if they suffered frost damage, but you won't know until your tree begins to leaf out later in the year. Just continue to water right on schedule and your tree should be okay. Best wishes with your lemon tree!
