|what fertilizer do I need to use or what do I need to do to remedy the fruits of my persimmons tree? The fruit is smoothed on the top & wrinkled on the bottom of the fruit. I live in Palm Springs, CA area.

|I'm not sure there is anything wrong with the fruit of your persimmon tree. The skin is naturally smooth until the fruit begins to ripen. At that time it becomes wrinkled. A frost will hasten this process but usually the fruit ripens from the bottom up over a period of a few weeks.
