I live in New Mexico and have two large sage brushes in the front that I have pruned down but they have a lot of debris after (small branches and old petals). What is the best way to clean this up? I have southwest stone underneath (it is a southwest style front yard).

You can sweep it up, hose it out or use a blower to remove the debris. I have a leaf blower that helps me pile up leaves and then I can reverse the motor and vacuum everything up. Perhaps this method will work for you. Hope so!
