I brought my bougainvillea into the glassed in porch. When can I cut them back? I won't put them back out until March.

Bougainvillea blooms on about a 6 week cycle so you should prune it back immediately after it has finished flowering. It will rest for a few weeks, then grow, then flower. I'd prune it back now and expect to see flowering in about 6 weeks.
