I'm afraid fencing is the only sure way to keep bunnies from feasting on your plants. Either enclose the entire garden, or make cylinders to set over individual plants. The fencing material should be about 3' tall and buried at least 6 inches into the ground. Until you can fence your garden you can try some of the repellants - Ropel and Deer Away are both effective. Best wishes with your garden!
