I live in Chula Vista Ca 91915 zone 10. Is it okay to plant ivy geranium groundcover now in January.

As long as you're sure your temperatures will remain above freezing for the rest of the winter, you can plant now. If you're in a cold pocket, or your garden regularly freezes in February, wait until March to plant.
