What is best temp. to maintain in Greenhouse to start seeds?

The answer really depends upon the types of seeds you are starting - most seed packets include optimal seed starting times and temperatures. Failing that, you can keep the temperatures between the 65 and 70 degree range for most annuals and perennials.
