Can I prune back my oleanders in some cases 3/4 at this time? I want them to be fuller at the bottom. I let them grown too tall.

It will be less stressful on your oleanders if your only prune them back by one third now and wait until late spring or early summer to prune them back by one third again. This will accomplish the same renovation but will give your oleander a chance to adjust to the loss of foliage without too much stress. Best wishes with your landscape!
